The synthesis report presents the results of the biological inventories within the 3rd monitoring cycle (2018/2019) within the framework of the third internationally coordinated river basin management plan for the international river basin district (IRBD) Rhine as well as the results of the national assessments carried out by the individual states and compares them with the results of the 2nd cycle in 2012/2013.
