Members
On the working level, international cooperation on the protection of the Rhine is executed by the delegates nominated by each contracting party. Each national delegation is led by the head of delegation.
Work is based on the Convention on the Protection of the Rhine as well as on European Directives or Regulations requiring coordination in the river district.
Germany
The German delegation within the ICPR consists of representatives of the following departments:
Bundesministerium für Umwelt, Naturschutz und nukleare Sicherheit
Bundesministerium für Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur
as well as of representatives of the Länder in the German part of the Rhine watershed.
European Community
The delegation of the European Community within the ICPR consists of representatives of the DG ENV of the European Commission.
France
The French delegation within the ICPR consists of representatives of the following departments:
Ministère des Affaires Etrangères
Ministère de la Transition écologique et solidaire
as well as of representatives of the Agence de l’eau Rhin-Meuse.
Luxemburg
The delegation of Luxemburg within the ICPR consists of representatives of the following departments:
Ministère de L'Environnement,du Climat et du Développement durable.
Netherlands
